This is a great practice with wonderful doctors. Dr Emanuel, Dr Bunn and Dr Sevenoaks are the best doctors and although the receptionists could smile more they are generally helpful.

I realise that it is a very busy surgery but the fact that sometimes , particularly on Monday mornings, it is impossible to get through by phone to get an appointment. Sometimes I have to keep calling for 35 minutes as it's constantly engaged and by then all the appointments are gone.
I was wondering if they could change the day appointment from calling at 8.30 am to walk in and wait to see a GP, as some London surgeries do?

Telephone not answered quickly, on hold for far to long, the calling for an urgent appointment at 08.30 in the morning is a joke.
Doctors and staff brilliant.
Call system of orange on black is not good when you are visually impaired. white on black would be better. also do away with the very bright strip light in front of it.
No surgery e-mail address for patients or for referrals to be sent is only via fax facility which is some what archaic in this modern world today.

No body ever answers the phone, was waiting over 40mins , put the phone down
